No fan owns the show. No fan has the right to tell other fans what the show is about or how to enjoy the show. As long as we’re not sending death threats to the actors and their wives or trying to make people get fired, we’re not hurting anyone for enjoying an aspect of the show they don’t. If people weren’t so strongly opposed to shipping, there would be way less fighting. I don’t care if you people don’t ship, it’s your right, but not shipping doesn’t make you a “true” and “superior” fan. Stop acting like you are the ones that appreciate the show for what “it really is”. Because the show isn’t only about one thing, it’s about a lot of things. And different people enjoy different aspects of it.
